Young riders are the future of our organization.  PPHC offers many scholarship options to help increase awareness and foster appreciation for the American Paint Horse.  In 2023 we awarded $2000 in scholarship monies to PPHC youth club members as well as Pennsylvania 4-H club members.  We will award the same scholarships in 2024.  Our PPHC Youth Member scholarship application is due April 1, 2024.  Click here to find scholarship documents.
